Mailbox passwords
are changed through the mail settings in the control panel.
1)Access your control panel by clicking
here .
This will take you to the login
screen. Type your login ID and password in the boxes and click Log
In. After clicking Log In you will be taken to
the Main Administration screen shown in figure 1 below.
2)On the Main
Administration screen, click on your domain name (pointer 2 at
left). This will take you to the Domain Administration
screen show in figure 3 below.
3)On the Domain
Administration screen click on the Mail button (pointer 2 at
left) to enter the Mail Administration area shown in figure 5
below.
4)Scroll down the
Mail screen until you locate the Mail Name you would like to
change. Click on this mail name to open it's
administration screen.
5) Type your Password in
the New Password: box and re-type the same password in the
Confirm: box. (pointer 4 at left). Your password must be
at least 4 characters or more. When you are finished
click UPDATE (pointer 7 at left). When the system has
completed the update it will refresh this screen. Note,
the number of stars shown next to Password will not change
based on the new Password. You will know the change has
completed when your pointer changes back to active. Log Out when
finished.
